Pilates is considered one of the best forms of cross-training; as the equipment uses spring tension to both strengthen and support the body while it learns to move more efficiently. Clients can receive basic health improvement training, strength/flexibility training, rehabilitative training, as well as pre/post natal training. Sessions are personalized based on each client, making pilates beneficial for individuals from all walks of life. Our highly skilled instructors have all been trained by Body Arts and Science International (BASI) - one of the most respected institutes in the pilates world. BASI Pilates is a leading Pilates education academy with a reputation for innovation, dedication and academic excellence. We believe in maintaining the integrity of Joseph Pilate’s original method. Our goal is to represent classical Pilates to the highest standard, while personalizing the work based on our years of education, teaching and practice. This centre offers classes for various level including: Privates (one on one training), Semi Privates (with one other person), Group reformer classes and Mat classes. All levels of training will focus on obtaining a full body workout.
